Request For Quotation (RFQ) Procurement of Solar Street Lights With Installation

Dear Sir/Ma’am;
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Supply of Solar Street lights with installation, as detailed below of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the specification given in this RFQ.
Quotations may be submitted on your letter head with filled annexure 1 on or before 2 pm December 10, 2021 via :

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.
Quotations that are received by CWS after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to the supply of the above mentioned good/s:
The solar light to be installed in 18 villages of Rajnagar block of Saraikela -Kharsawan districts
of Jharkhand India.
2. Delivery Terms:
a.) Within 30 Days of P.O. failure on this a request letter should be submitted to Director CWS with
genuine justification. Payment terms may affect if fails to deliver on time.
b.) Delivery & Installation at as per list below in RFQ
3. Payment Terms:
a). 30 % of total value with P.O. (money receipt for the same required)
b). 50 % of total value after receiving complete set-in field location (Challan required)
c). 10 % of total value after complete installation. (Invoice required)
d). 10 % of total amount after 10 days of installation. (Village wise work completion certificate to
be produced with duly signed by CWS programme/finance person & village representative)
4. Minimum Specification Required for solar street light semi integrated with 5 year warranty
5. List of the villages where solar street light is to be installed under Rajnagar block of saraikelakharsawan District, Jharkhand
6. Guideline for submit the quotation:
a) Quotation should be for same specification or higher specifications.
b). Please quote the amount with calculating all expenses like transportation, labour cost, installation
charges, all equipment, including GST. No any other cost will be entertained.
c). Please check the delivery & Payment terms written in RFQ.
d). if selected workorder will be Provided.
e). Please attach bank details, Last experience document of previous works, GST certificate, Pan no. etc.
f). Any dispute under Jamshedpur Jurisdiction.
